Biography
Youngster who burst on the scene in the 1949/50 season, making his debut in the 2-0 win at Lostock Gralam, 20/08/1949, and smashing five goals past Goostrey in January 1950. Signed for Crewe Alexandra (55/56:10,0) in August 1955, making his debut in a 1-1 draw at York City, 29/08/1955. Joined Bangor City in August 1956 but was released by the Welsh side at the end of that season. Father of Ian.
