Biography

An experienced player and Manager, 'Cards' joined Nantwich in February 2023 but despite his best efforts, he was unable to succeed in preventing a struggling side being relegated from the NPL Premier at the end of the season.
A determined midfielder, he started out at Blackpool but is perhaps best known for time spent at Rochdale, Chester City and Cambridge United.
Appointed Manager at Southport in January 2015, he also took charge of Tranmere Rovers (interim), Warrington Town and AFC Telford United before joining the Dabbers. Having enjoyed five years at Warrington, he was lured back there in September 2024.
