Biography
Started out as an amateur on the books of Manchester City, the 19 year-old joined Northern Premier League Runcorn (69/70) on loan in November 1969 before joining Ashton United (71/72:5,0) in the summer of 1971. Departed Hurst Cross a month later for Radcliffe Borough (71/72), signing for the Dabbers in the summer of 1972. Left Nantwich for Horwich RMI in April 1973, netting two Cheshire County League goals before leaving RMI at the end of the season. Made a handful of appearances for Hyde United (75/76:5,0) at the start of the 1975/76 campaign.
