Biography
England youth international who was with Liverpool as a junior, turning professional in July 1958. On his release from Anfield, Frank joined Prescot Cables, leaving for Bury (1961-62:8,0lge) in October 1961. Moved to Halifax Town (1963-64:64,10lge) in July 1963 and, two years later, on to Tranmere Rovers (65/66:7,3lge).
Dropped into non-league with New Brighton in the summer of 1966, switching to Altrincham (67/8:39,1) in January 1967. The outside right subsequently returned to New Brighton from where he joined Nantwich in the summer of 1969. Made his debut in the 3-3 draw at Stalybridge Celtic, 09/08/1969.
