Biography
Bob started on the books of Stoke City before moving on to Burton Albion. He joined Northwich Victoria (1960-62:120,12) in the summer of 1960 and became a mainstay for Vics at left back. Stepped up to the Fourth Division with Doncaster Rovers (1962-63:45,0) in November 1962, making his League debut at Aldershot, 01/12/1963. After a stint with Bangor City, he joined Macclesfield Town (1964-65:30,0) in March 1965 and then linked up with Stafford Rangers (1967-68).
Joined Nantwich for a short spell in August 1969, making his debut in the 1-0 home defeat to Buxton, 30/08/1969. Returned to Northwich (70/71:4,0) before signing for Sandbach Ramblers (71/72:2,0) in the summer of 1971 but left Newall Avenue in September 1971.
