Biography
Started out with Nantwich and then served Whitchurch Alport (89/90) in the Mid-Cheshire League before joining Eastwood Hanley (1991-92), netting 13 goals in 18 outings in his first season at Trentmill Road. Signed for Congleton Town (93/94:3,0), moving on to Kidsgrove Athletic in the summer of 1994. Suffered a broken leg but returned to full fitness at Whitchurch, netting 28 times for them before joining Newcastle Town (1994-95) in February 1995.
Appeared again for Whitchurch (1995-96), interrupting his time there with a stint at fellow Mid-Cheshire League side Middlewich Athletic (95/96).
