Biography

Former Cheshire County League striker who switched from Crewe Alexandra ‘A’ to Nantwich in the summer of 1947. Scored on his Dabbers’ debut – a 7-2 win at Alpraham, 23/08/1947. Served in the RAF and later featured for Wrenbury Juniors (48/49), Crewe LMR and Sandbach Ramblers (52/53) before returning to London Road in December 1954.
