Biography
Brought to Nantwich by Alan Ball senior, having previously played for Walkden Town and Earlestown, close to his native Farnworth. Made his debut in the 3-0 win at home to Middlewich Athletic, 16/01/1965. Helped the Dabbers to runners-up spot in the Mid-Cheshire League and featured in the club’s return to the Manchester League the following season. An electrician by trade.
