Biography
Utility player who was on the books of Leek Town and progressed through the reserves at Eastwood Hanley to make the first team in September 1980. Left Trentmill Road for Nantwich in the 1992 close season. Made his debut in the 2-2 draw at Bacup Borough, 15/08/1992, but returned to Eastwood in December 1992.
Joined Kidsgrove Athletic (1993-94) in the summer of 1993 and served Meir KA (97/98) before signing for Rocester (98/99:1 lge goal) in July 1998. Became the Romans’ reserve team manager and was caretaker manager for one first team fixture in September 2005. Later became Joint Manager with Andy O’Connor, the pair both resigning in January 2008. They became coaches at Leek Town in the summer of 2008 and were appointed Joint Managers of Alsager Town in February 2011.
