Biography
Tony was a non-contract player on Crewe Alexandra’s books when he joined Nantwich in October 1981, making his debut in the 1-0 defeat at Burscough, 10/10/1981. Departed for Winsford United in February 1982. Returned to Crewe (81/82:3+1,0) to making his League debut at York City, 23/04/1982.
Went back to feature for Winsford (1982-83). ‘Cookie’ gained further experience at Eastwood Hanley (1985-86) and Whitchurch Alport, re-joining Nantwich in the summer of 1991.
