Biography
Signed for Nantwich from Kidsgrove Athletic in April 1977, netting his only goal for the Dabbers at Radcliffe Borough in the last game of the season before being released in the summer.
Served Eastwood Hanley before joining Leek Town. Returned to Eastwood (1980-89) in December 1980 and his decade of service was rewarded with a testimonial - jointly with Mick Cartwright and Dennis Roden - against Port Vale in May 1990. Joined Kidsgrove Athletic in the summer of 1990 ahead of their inaugural campaign in the NWCL, being made captain and temporarily Caretaker Manager in December 1990.
