Biography
Moved from Bristol City to Stoke City as a teenager, joining the Dabbers on work experience from the Potters in November 2011. Made his debut as a substitute in the 1-1 draw at Ashton United, 05/11/2011. Played in the historic FA Cup First Round tie at MK Dons before being recalled by Stoke and loaned out to Luton Town (11/12:6,0).
Went on a month’s loan from Stoke to Tranmere Rovers (11/12:15,1) in January 2012 and then on loan to Leyton Orient (12/13:22,3) in August 2012. Left the Britannia Stadium for Bristol Rovers (2012-14:38,5) in January 2013 but following the Pirates relegation to the Conference, he returned to League Two with loans at York City (14/15:6,0) in October 2014 and Stevenage Borough (14/15:5,0) the following month.
Signed for League Two Plymouth Argyle (2014-15:57,13) in January 2015 but after a long time on the sidelines with a knee injury, he joined Exeter City in August 2017. Dropped into the Conference South with Bath City (2018-19:46,19) in July 2018. He then had a final season with League rivals Chippenham Town (2019/20:4,0) before retiring from the pro game.
This enabled him to focus on RecoverFit, the business he set up in 2013, supplying fitness recovery aids to clients such as Anthony Joshua and the NFL franchises when playing in the UK.
Later featured for Malvern Town (25/26).
