Biography
Steve was on the books of Preston North End before serving Horwich RMI (1970-72). Netted seven goals for the Railywaymen and had trials at Leicester City before moving to Nantwich in November 1972. The centre forward made his debut in the 3-2 win at Winsford United, 04/11/1972.
Later served Atherton Collieries (74/75) and Radcliffe Borough (1974-75), returning to Atherton Collieries (76/77).
