Signed in December 1970, making an immediate impact on the struggling Dabbers’ Cheshire County League fortunes. Made a goal-scoring debut in the 4-3 defeat at Sandbach Ramblers, 28/12/1970. Switched to league rivals Ormskirk early in the 1971/72 campaign.
