Biography

A custodian who appeared between the sticks across a number of seasons. ‘Tewie’ kept goal for Nantwich Nomads before making his debut in the 3-0 home defeat to Stockton Heath, 19/04/1954. Later assisted Nantwich Boys Club (56/57) and Nantwich Corinthians (62/63). Worked for Nantwich Gas Works before becoming a van driver with Chatwins the bakers. Older brother of Peter.
