Biography
Started out with Stockport County and Manchester City before joining Accrington Stanley. Was with Flixton as a teenager (88/89), playing once for Hyde United in October 1989 and moving on to Mossley (1990-91:45) in December 1990. Linked up with Ashton United (91/92:29) in December 1991, helping them to NWCL championship in 91/92.
Left in November 1992, appearing for Nantwich and then Stalybridge Celtic (93/94:1), Curzon Ashton, Flixton and Cheadle Heath Nomads before returning to Mossley (1997-99:128,1) in August 1997. Supporters' Club Player of the Year for 98/99, became the first Mossley goalkeeper to score in open play when he netted against Nantwich in 1999.
Switched for a second time to Curzon (00/01) in the 2000 close season, re-joining Flixton before signing as goalkeeper cover for Witton Albion in January 2002.
