Biography
A whole hearted player, Bob figured for the Dabbers after the Second World War and was a regular for the reserves before breaking into the first team. Nicknamed ‘Butch’, he successfully converted from full-back to centre forward during the 1950/51 Mid-Cheshire League campaign.
