Match Report
Colne notched their first ever victory in the NW Counties League Cup courtesy of an own goal conceded by Peter Blundell. Nantwich leading scorer Steve Piggott also fired a 70th minute penalty wide of the target as the Dabbers put their hosts under the cosh with Dynamoes having to play the last 25 minutes with 10 men following ankle injuries to Jeff Tyson and John Garnett.
